Once hired, you will be provided with a Mr. Hero hat, Mr. Hero shirt, and nametag. You will be responsible to provide black pants and black shoes.
All hiring considerations and decisions are made by the managers/owners of the individual Mr. Hero locations. RDC (“Mr. Hero corporate”) does not have any involvement or input with any employment procedures, hiring, firing or wages. Each Mr. Hero location is individually owned and operated by independent franchisees. Each Mr. Hero location is responsible for their own staffing decisions and consideration. Mr. Hero franchisees are independent business owners and hold the exclusive and absolute right to interview, hire, fire, discipline, set wages, supervise and manage all day-to-day operations and employment terms and conditions. Nothing on this website or employment application shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship, agency, joint venture, or joint-employer liability between RDC and the applicant or employee.

When complete and submitted, your employment application will be forwarded to the Mr. Hero location (independent franchisee) that you have applied for. That specific owner/manager will have sole consideration of the employment application. Any questions regarding employment, hiring or termination should be directed to the specific location you are interested in.
